By using this website, you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Black Shore Insurance Group, a Florida surplus lines insurance operation based in Weston, Florida, and is intended primarily for licensed insurance professionals and businesses seeking insurance placement services in Florida.
Nothing here is insurance coverage
This is the important one. The content of this website is general information about who we are and what we do. Nothing on this site binds, creates, extends, or alters insurance coverage. No submission through this site — a form, an email, anything — creates coverage or an obligation to place coverage. Coverage exists only when it is bound in writing by an insurer, and its terms are governed entirely by the policy as issued, not by anything described here.
Descriptions of coverage lines, markets, appetite, and turnaround times are general and subject to change; every risk is individually underwritten, and quotes and terms are always subject to the insurer's underwriting and acceptance.

Where we operate
Black Shore Insurance Group is licensed as a surplus lines producer in Florida (License G292420). Nothing on this site is an offer to sell insurance, or a solicitation, in any jurisdiction where we are not licensed or where such an offer would be unlawful.

When you submit information through this site, you agree that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it — including any information about an insured. How we handle submitted information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Black Shore name, lighthouse logo, and the content and design of this site belong to Black Shore Insurance Group. You're welcome to link to the site and to share pages for any ordinary business purpose; please don't copy the site, scrape it, misrepresent an affiliation with us, or use the site to do anything unlawful or to interfere with its operation.
